Common questions
- How do I lock a deal? Verify your ID, upload proof of funds, then tap Lock on any deal at or under your limit.
- Where do I send the EMD? Only to the title company on the deal. Call them at the number in the deal room to confirm wire instructions. ContractCart never asks you to send money to us or to the seller.
- Who pays the $5,000 fee? It's paid by title at closing from the settlement proceeds, as written in the JV.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete account.
