ContractCart Title Partners

Thanks for taking a look. We know you see a lot of new names, and checking us out is exactly the right call. Here's everything in one place.

Who we are

ContractCart is a marketplace app where verified cash buyers take over signed wholesale contracts. It's built and run by 1000819600 Ontario Ltd., operating as Radwan Labs, an Ontario, Canada corporation (corporation no. 1000819600). Mailing address: 3230 Yonge Street #4340, Toronto, ON M4N 3P6, Canada.

What we ask of you

• Add the flat ContractCart platform fee (on the invoice in the email) to the buyer's side of the settlement statement, payable to 1000819600 Ontario Ltd., operating as Radwan Labs.
• Tap the buttons in the email when EMD arrives, when the fee is on the statement, and at closing. That's it.

What we never do

• We never send wiring instructions for EMD or purchase funds. EMD goes only to you.
• We never hold client money, and we never pay or accept referral fees.
• Payment instructions for our fee come only from hello@radwanlabs.com, and we're happy to confirm them by phone.

Verify us

Email hello@radwanlabs.com any time. We'll send a W-8BEN-E (we're a non-US company) and answer any questions about the file. Every JV includes both parties' e-signatures, initials, times and a document fingerprint (SHA-256).
